MY JOURNEY
I know what it’s like to feel unsure at the gym, to second-guess yourself and to wonder if you’re doing things “right.” I remember the early days of training, when I had no real plan, just curiosity and a desire to feel stronger and more capable. I learned through trial and error, made plenty of mistakes and often doubted myself. But each phase of my journey taught me something new about consistency, patience and what it really means to grow.
In 2024, everything changed. I decided to take my years of self-taught experience and turn it into something bigger. I completed my certification as a personal trainer & nutrition coach and realized that this was what I truly wanted to dedicate my life to — helping women feel empowered, healthy and confident in their own bodies.
MY APPROACH
I don’t believe in quick fixes — I believe in sustainable progress, powerful routines, and becoming the version of you that you’ve always wanted to be.
I combine strength training with running and constantly learning new skills because I believe training should be both empowering and fun. the purpose is to enjoy the journey, not just dream of the destination.
