Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (eBooks, Guides, Templates)

All purchases of digital products made on justyourcoach.net are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once a product (such as an eBook, guide, or training template) is purchased and download access is granted, I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This policy is in line with EU consumer laws, which allow the right of withdrawal to be waived once digital content is accessed. Before completing your purchase, please make sure you’re selecting the right product. If you experience any technical issues with downloading or accessing your files, feel free to reach out to me at:

2. Coaching Services & Subscriptions

All of my coaching services, including training plans, nutrition consultations, and any subscription-based offerings, are also non-refundable once the service has started or access has been provided. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period. I don’t offer partial refunds for unused time. If you’re unsure whether a service is right for you, I encourage you to contact me before purchasing so I can help you decide.

3. Exceptions – Technical Problems or Failed Delivery

If you don’t receive your digital download or are having issues accessing it, please email me. I’ll verify your purchase and do my best to solve the issue. Please note, I can’t be held responsible for:

• Incorrect email addresses entered at checkout

• Inability to open or use the content due to outdated devices or unsupported file formats

4. Unauthorised Use

All digital products and coaching content you receive from me are for personal use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them. Doing so is a breach of copyright law and may lead to legal action.
